Bookings
A booking becomes confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
The deposit secures the requested dates and reserves the photographic activities for the client or group.
Once the deposit has been received, the booking is considered binding.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the activities unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
More than 60 days before the start of the activities: The deposit remains non-refundable.
59 to 30 days before the start
50% of the total amount is due.
29 to 15 days before the start
75% of the total amount is due.
Less than 15 days before the start or in case of no-show
100% of the total amount is due.
A change of dates may be considered depending on availability.
Group Bookings
Private group bookings are based on a minimum group size of 6 photographers plus 1 tour leader.
The agreed price is calculated on this group size.
If fewer participants attend after the booking has been confirmed, the agreed total price remains unchanged.
Additional participants may only be accepted with prior agreement of the provider.
Program and Schedule
The program and schedule may be adapted depending on weather conditions, water levels, wildlife activity or other natural factors.
Such adjustments may be necessary to ensure safety and the best possible photographic conditions.
Changes to the program do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Wildlife and Natural Conditions
All activities take place in a natural environment.
Wildlife sightings, animal behaviour, light conditions and weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.
The provider is responsible for organizing the photographic activities but cannot guarantee the presence of specific wildlife species or particular photographic situations.
Activities in Water and Natural Terrain
Some photographic activities take place in water or close to water (for example floating hides) or in natural environments such as wetlands, beaches or marsh areas.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
Participants must follow the instructions of the guide and use appropriate equipment.
The provider is not responsible for loss or damage to personal equipment, including cameras, lenses or accessories.
Participants are responsible for their physical ability to participate in these activities.
Liability
Participation in all activities is at the participant’s own responsibility.
The provider cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to personal equipment during the activities.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and equipment.
Personal travel, accident and equipment insurance is strongly recommended.
Force Majeure
If activities cannot be carried out due to circumstances beyond the provider’s control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural events, governmental restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, the provider cannot be held responsible for resulting costs or damages.
Already incurred organisational costs may be retained.
