Camargue Intensive 2028
Five days with the birds of the wetlands and the horses of the Camargue.
Ten dates between 27 April and 7 July 2028. More hides than before, more possibilities in the field, and limited places, led by me from the first hide to the last horse shoot.
Price
€ 2,300
per photographer, five days and four nights. Non-photographing companion 350 €. A deposit of 50 % confirms your place, the balance is due 60 days before the start.

This is for you if
- you know your camera and want private access rather than a course
- you are happy with sessions of four to five hours, morning and evening
- you can manage basic fitness and balance for the floating hides
- you want limited places and one person who leads it
This is not for you if
- you need a guaranteed sighting. Nobody can promise that
- you want a beginner's course in camera basics
- you cannot stand in shallow water with waders
What you photograph
Three ways to work in five days
Horse shoots
One on the beach with a herd moving through the surf, one with stallions at sunrise. Two to three gardians guide the horses, and I help you with position, light and timing. Each shoot lasts about two hours, around 1.5 hours of the photo session.
Floating hides
Low-angle work at water level on shallow ponds. Waders are provided and a short safety briefing comes first. You need basic fitness and balance.
Fixed hides
Eye-level work from insulated, ventilated hides with one-way, non-reflective glass. Sessions last four to five hours, morning or evening. Bring a tripod and tripod head.

What if I am unsure about my equipment or level?
Send me your camera and lens list with the request. I will tell you whether it fits, and what to change if not.
Is this a workshop with teaching?
Access and organisation come first. I help with position, light and timing where it matters.
